There are a few main factors that drive the price for screen printing. - Artwork - Garment style and color(s) - Quantity - Print location(s) Other factors such as special requests or personalization also affect the price. Savings tip:  Keep it simple.  Basic white t-shirt, one location, single color print.  Keeps your re-order/last minute add- ons at 12 pieces and has the fastest turn around times. BACK TO TOP What is the minimum order for screen printing? Our minimums for screen printing are based on the amount of colors in the artwork, and are listed below. 18 pieces for 1 color 24 pieces for 2 colors 36 pieces for 3 colors 48 pieces for 4 colors 72+ pieces for 5 colors or more. 144+ pieces for simulated process and/or 4 color process printing. (Don’t forget to add an additional color for dark shirts that need an underbase) Minimums can be broken, however the minimums listed above are for the best price. For orders 18 pieces or smaller with multiple colors in the design, we recommend digital printing. Click here to learn more about digital printing. BACK TO TOP What is the turn around time for screen printing? Depending on the size of the order we can typically turn around any job in 7-10 business days, from the final artwork and order acknowledgement approval.  BACK TO TOP What is a RUSH job for screen printing? Rush jobs are considered any job that is needed in under 7 business days.  We only charge for rush jobs if it requires for a second shift to complete the job on time.  We take deadlines very serious and do everything in our power to deliver the job on time. BACK TO TOP Can I provide my own t-shirts to be screen printed? Yes, but we don’t recommend it.  If we provide the t-shirts and by the off chance it gets damaged, we will replace it at no charge to you.  However, if it happens to a t-shirt you provide us we can’t replace it, but we do not charge for the printing on the damaged product.  Additionally, since we order such a high volume of t-shirts and other apparel weekly its cheaper if we provide the garments. BACK TO TOP Are there any additional charges for screen printing? Possibly...We don’t have any hidden charges and we will be upfront with you from the beginning, but we do add for specialty inks, effects or any thing out of the ordinary. BACK TO TOP What is a digitized file and can I provide it? Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a stitch file that can be read by an embroidery machine and interpreted as different stitch types.  Digitizing is not a "one step", click the button process.  Digitizing is an art form and should be provided by an experienced professional. Yes, you can provide your own file, but we cannot be held responsible for how it stitches.  Should any corrections/adjustments be needed, you need to let us know at the time of proofing. Digitizing edits are $25.00. BACK TO TOP How can I find out how many stitches are in my design? Please send your image along with information about your order (size of design, fabric it will be stitched on and approximate quantity of pieces you plan to order) to info@whcustom.com. BACK TO TOP What is the turn around time for embroidery? Depending on the size of the order we can typically turn around any job in 7-10 business days, from the final artwork and order acknowledgement approval. BACK TO TOP What is the minimum order for embroidery? There is no minimum for embroidery but we suggest at least 6 items for the best price. BACK TO TOP What is a RUSH job for embroidery?
