Artwork Review and Digitizing
Send your logo or design in a high-resolution format. Don't have finished art? Bring the idea, and we'll work from it. We convert your artwork into a stitch file that tells the machine where every stitch goes.
STEP 03
Your Quote and Mockup
We come back with pricing that shows your digitizing fee up front, along with a virtual mockup of your design at the size, placement, and garment color you picked. If a different blank or a simplified version of the artwork gets you a better result, we'll say so and show you both. Review it, ask for changes, and approve it before anything moves forward.
STEP 04
Machine Setup and Stitching
Once you approve, we load your stitch file onto our Tajima machines, match thread colors to your artwork, and hoop the first piece with the right backing for the fabric. We run a test on the material before the full order so tension and density are right. Your order then stitches, and we check pieces throughout the run for alignment and thread quality.
STEP 05
Final Check and Pickup
Every order gets looked over before it's boxed. We'll let you know when it's ready so you can collect it from our shop at 7183 30th Ave N. Your stitch file and thread colors stay on file, so a reorder next season matches what you're picking up today.
