Reliable Embroidery Backed by Tajima Machines and Decades of Local Stitching
White House Custom Apparel & Graphics stitches commercial embroidery in St. Petersburg for logos that have to survive daily wear. This page covers the items we embroider, standard sizes and placements, puff embroidery, and how flat artwork becomes a stitch file. Built for companies outfitting staff, plus teams and clubs. We run Tajima machines on every order.
Stitched With Style
Embroidery is a custom decoration method that stitches logos and artwork directly into fabric with commercial-grade thread, creating a durable, textured, professional finish that stands out on polos, hats, jackets, and more. At White House Custom Apparel & Graphics, we provide creative, consistent embroidery for individuals and organizations across St. Petersburg, FL that want branded apparel and promotional products with lasting stitched detail.
Every logo is digitized and stitched for clean edges, dimension, and fabric-specific performance — whether you need a subtle left-chest mark, a bold cap design, or premium puff embroidery with raised 3D impact. When a job calls for a raised, tactile finish that holds up wash after wash, embroidery is the right choice, and our team will help you get the placement, thread colors, and stitch density right before we run the order.
Elevate Your Brand Image with Puff Embroidery
Add bold dimension to your apparel with puff embroidery — a raised 3D stitching method that makes your logo stand out. A foam layer sits under the thread, and a tight satin stitch pulls over it to create height and a clean, defined edge. Ideal for hats, jackets, and standout branding, it delivers a premium, textured look that grabs attention. The style works best on structured material rather than lightweight fabric, where the stitching stays crisp and the raised shape holds its position wash after wash.
What Promotional Products We Embroider
At White House Custom Apparel & Graphics, we offer custom embroidery for a wide range of products and accessories. Each item is stitched from a digitized embroidery design built for its fabric and placement:
Why Choose White House for Your Custom Embroidery Needs?
Premium Craftsmanship
Our customers value the quality of our embroidery and the attention to detail in every design, and our team takes pride in that workmanship. Tight, even stitch tension and clean outlines make each logo look neat and professional, whether it sits on a polo, a cap, or a bag. That craftsmanship is what separates a sharp stitched logo from a loose, uneven one.
Versatile Product Range
We customize an array of products, from polos to backpacks and beyond. Cotton, canvas, fleece, or performance fabric — we match the thread and design to the material so the finish looks right on whatever you wear.
Lasting Impressions
Skilled embroidery represents your brand with precision and professionalism, helping your business stand out and make a memorable impact on clients, employees, and customers. A stitched logo signals durable craftsmanship in a way a flat print can't.
Our Process
Ordering custom apparel shouldn't take a week of back-and-forth. Here's what happens after you contact us, from first quote to finished boxes.
STEP 01
Start Your Order
We start by reviewing your artwork, then collaborate with you to choose the ideal garments that fit your needs and budget.
STEP 02
Artwork Review
Send your logo or design in a high-resolution format. Don't have finished art? Bring the idea and we'll work from it. Our team checks the file for print readiness and tells you directly what we find — fine lines that won't hold, resolution that's too low to print clean, or a color count that's driving your price higher than it needs to be.
STEP 03
Your Quote and Mockup
We come back with pricing that shows your setup fees up front, along with a virtual mockup of your design at the size, placement, and garment color you picked. If a different blank or a simplified version of the artwork gets you a better result, we'll say so and show you both. Review it, ask for changes, and approve it before anything moves forward.
STEP 04
Screen Setup and Printing
Once you approve, we separate the artwork by color and burn a screen for each one, then register them on the press so every color lands where it should. Your order runs, then passes through the dryer so the ink cures and bonds to the fabric. We check pieces throughout the run for registration and coverage.
STEP 05
Final Check and Pickup
Every order gets looked over before it's boxed. We'll let you know when it's ready so you can collect it from our shop at 7183 30th Ave N. Your artwork and ink specs stay on file, so a reorder next season matches what you're picking up today.
Embroidery Dimensions
We offer a range of standard embroidery dimensions to fit your design. Placement and size vary by garment — a left-chest logo, a sleeve mark, or a full back each use a different position and stitch count, and the finish also depends on the various sizes and types of embroidery needles used to suit the design and fabric; we also embroider bags, jackets, and other fabric goods where texture and daily wear matter. The largest area we stitch is about 10 inches square; most logos look best around 3.5 inches wide on the chest. Need something unique? Discuss it with our team and we'll confirm the right size and position before we stitch.
Custom Embroidery Made Easy
At White House Custom Apparel & Graphics, custom embroidery is simple. Start your order and send us your art. We help you set the right logo size and placement — a left-chest mark, a sleeve, or a cap front — and offer design consultation and mock-ups so you can see it first. We digitize your art into a stitch file, confirm thread colors and position, then stitch a clean, durable result.
Why We Only Trust Tajima Equipment
We only use precise, reliable machinery from Tajima. A commercial embroidery machine reads the digitized design and lays each stitch exactly where it belongs, so your embroidered logo comes out sharp, vibrant, and durable regardless of complexity. Consistent machine tension across the run is what keeps every piece identical, from the first cap to the last.
When and Where is Embroidery the Best Option?
Professional Appearance
For uniforms in corporate or hospitality settings, embroidery offers a polished, upscale look that stands out, helps teams look polished in the field, and strengthens brand image and visibility on business apparel.
Durability
Embroidered designs are incredibly durable and stand up to rigorous washing and wear. Thread bonded into the fabric outlasts most printed methods and keeps its texture over time. We often pair embroidery with our in-house screen printing for complete branded apparel programs.
3D Texture & Feel
Unlike printing, embroidery adds real texture to your design. It's a great way to give apparel more depth and presence, and that tactile feel raises the perceived value of the piece.
Smaller Designs & Logos
Embroidery is great for small logos on the chest or sleeve. Very fine detail can lose crispness when stitched, so simple, bold artwork translates best, while our screen printing is often the better fit for branded business apparel and merchandise when stitching isn't ideal.
The Embroidery Stitches Behind Your Logo
Machine embroidery evolved from traditional hand embroidery, using digital versions of stitches developed over centuries. These stitches include back stitch and running stitch for clean lines, satin stitch for glossy lettering and borders, and fill stitches for larger shapes. Hand embroidery also features decorative stitches like stem, chain, and french knots for texture and detail. Our digitizing software translates your design into these stitch types—satin for text and edges, fill for solid areas, and run or back stitch for fine lines—ensuring a clean, durable result. You don’t need to know the stitch names; we handle the process to deliver consistent, textured embroidery with the speed and precision required for commercial production.
This blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology allows us to create embroidery that offers the tactile feel of hand stitching with the reliability of machine work. Whether for logos on polos, hats, or jackets, the embroidery adds depth and professionalism to your apparel, making it stand out with lasting quality and texture.
